  • We provide exercise demonstrations - some with voiceovers to give you the best understanding of how exercises should be performed. The personalized program offers your technique checks and feedback from the coach you are working with.

  • It's our goal not just to feed you the fish, but to teach you how to fish. Each program will offer a rationale and explanation as to WHY we are training a certain way and the benefits they will provide.

  • Ability to contact your coach directly via the Fitr System or via WhatsApp for support, feedback, and constant involvement.

  • The personalized program offers a chance to catch up with your coach each month to discuss goals and strategies for progressing.

    The online group coaching offers a community to post and share their success and work on things week to week.

  • Whilst the goal of the course is to improve Jiu-Jitsu, it's also fun to have some completion in the weights room. We will post monthly challenges for our community to compete at.

Online Programs for BJJ

Follow what an ideal template for strength AND conditioning SHOULD look like alongside a busy BJJ schedule at an affordable price. This program offers 2 x weight sessions with 2 x optional conditioning sessions.

Stretch and mobility

Flexibility plays an important role in Jiu-Jitsu. The more flexibility (with strength) that you have, the more options you will have available to you in regards to skill acquisition. Our stretch program is affordable and consistent.

Personalised nutrition

We will advise on the best nutrition protocols for a well-balanced diet, tailored to your individual specific needs and training regimen, so it supports your goals and enhances your performance in training.
